Mental Voice
As part of E-Tur, participating artists are offered coaching sessions during all stages of touring focussing on their mental well-being. The sessions are facilitated by MentalVoice and provides artists with tools to handle performance and expectations.
Kamilia Amélie, Mentor at MentalVoice and Musician, elaborates, “We believe that working with mental health results in a better work environment and performance. If you’re not feeling well, it's difficult to perform optimally.”
BASKE and Dillistone, who participated in E-Tur 2022, have both benefitted from the MentalVoice sessions.
“We do this to take care of each other as it is extremely important. In other industries unions will ensure well-being but it is not a given in the world of music", states the singer Aske, who is part of the duo BASKE together with the producer Basse.
“It has been an incredibly healthy and professional experience. It has made me calmer and more confident in what I do,” shares Morten Aamodt, known as Dillistone.

DMF
As part of E-Tur, DMF (Danish Musicians' Union) offers free help in regards to contracts.
You can get free advice on all your contracts (band agreements, record and publishing contracts) from Denmark's largest union for professional musicians/solo artists/artists/producers: DMF – Dansk Musiker Forbund.

Levende Musik i Skolen (LMS)
LMS and ROSA has joined forces to offer all efterskoler (boarding schools) professional concerts at least once a year through LMS.
LMS has been hosting school concerts with professional musicians since 1992 – at public, private and "free" schools. The collaboration between ROSA and LMS is based on the premise that the Danish Arts Foundation has decided that all students in elementary school shall experience live music in the form of a professional school concert every year.
Gitte Abildtrup, Director of LMS, states the following about the collaboration: " No student should miss out on the encounter with live music and we are excited to start this collaboration. LMS brings quality, 30 years of experience, a curated catalogue of artists brimming with diverse genres and ready-made teaching material. ROSA, who has been part of our board for many years and thereby is part of our DNA, brings invaluable target group knowledge in regards to efterskoler and we are happy that they want to share this knowlege with us. Together, we are ready to face the task and are looking forward to getting started."
And Conny Jørgensen, Director of ROSA, adds: "We are excited to start the collaboration with LMS and thereby combining our forces to present professional music experiences at efterskoler. ROSA will, of course, continue the E-Tur concept as we know it, as it is of utmost importance to both efterskoler and upcoming musicians, who gain invaluable live performance experience."

Levende Musik i Skolen is a national competence and dissemination center for school concerts, aiming to give all children and young people in the entire country experiences with various genres of live music of a high artistic quality.
Bandakademiet
In 2022 ROSA started a collaboration with Bandakademiet focussing on fostering talent meaning that the winners of Karrierekanonen are offered to tour with E-Tur and the above mentioned coaching sessions with MentalVoice.
As an extraordinary opportunity for the two winners of KarriereKanonen they are offered the last spot on E-Tur and can therefore be booked for performances at nine efterskoler – this is thanks to our collaboration with Bandakademiet who like E-Tur focusses on fostering talent.
KarriereKanonen is more than a competition to reach a large audience through the channels of DR – it is also a programme for fostering talent and all participating artists receive advise, insights into the music industry and a tailored programme by Bandakademiet.
