Knægt debuted in 2023 with the album Månen Danser Pænest, a poetic exploration of heartbreak's many facets, praised by outlets such as GAFFA, which awarded it five stars and described it as “a debut that shines both creatively and musically.” With his trumpet, vocals and playful approach to music, Knægt has delighted audiences across the country together with his five-piece band. His songs move between the serious and the relaxed, touching on themes such as change, nature and the human search for meaning.
