Trygt Rum Netværket

ROSA is part of Trygt Rum Netværket (The Safe Space Network), which consists of a large number of organisations from the music industry with a common desire to prevent transgressive behaviour and promote a considerate and professional working environment.

Trygt Rum Netværket wishes to make it easier for everyone to navigate safely and with dignity in an industry where the line between the professional and the private often intertwines.    

Trygt Rum Netværket works to facilitate positive change. Through knowledge and practical tools, the network will create better conditions and increased safety in the music industry. The first step has been to give the people who have been exposed to transgressive behaviour a space to talk about their experiences. That is why the network launched the Trygt Rum telephone line in 2023, which you can read more about here. The telephone line is managed by Sex og Samfund and offers free and anonymous advice on transgressive behaviour.    

In 2024 Trygt Rum Netværket published "Handleguide for a respectful and professional work culture in the music industry". It offers guidance on how music organisations can establish a clear framework within their own organisations and implement guidelines for professional collaborations. You can find the guide here.
