Delegation to Music Week Poland 2026

Would you like to take part in the European music and conference festival Music Week Poland?

Once again this year, ROSA invites musicians, industry professionals, and others from the Danish music scene to apply to participate in the Music Week Poland Festival, which takes place from 6–10 May in Warsaw, Poland.

​

About Music Week Poland

Music Week Poland is a new and ambitious music and conference festival that launched last year. The festival places a particular focus on the music scene in Poland and Eastern Europe. It serves as a platform for artists and industry professionals from across Europe to meet, exchange experiences, and create new collaborations in an open, inspiring, and inclusive environment.

In addition to concerts and showcases, Music Week Poland offers networking opportunities, panel discussions, and knowledge sharing—with a focus on skills development, sustainable growth, and creative collaboration across borders.

The programme is broad and crosses genres and disciplines—from music to film, design, technology, and social issues.

The festival is aimed at musicians and industry professionals such as managers, agents, promoters, concert organisers, record labels, etc., who are curious about new markets and want to explore the potential of the Polish and European music scenes.

If you are selected to participate in the festival, the following is covered:

• All-days wristband for Music Week Poland

• Travel and accommodation support of up to a total of DKK 3,000

• Joint information meeting after arrival in Warsaw

 

Please note that you must book your own travel and hotel. You are also responsible for planning your visit and arranging meetings with relevant partners.

Application deadline: 2nd of March at 23:59
All applicants will receive a response by 6th of March at the latest.
