Baris Citirikkaya, Co-Director/Curator at turkis, had the following to say about the collaboration:

"turkis is the midfielder, who doesn't necessarily scores a goal or tackles the opponent, but when we succeed, we are the ones to dribble, assist and inspire to a beautiful game. On the field we stand side by side with a selection of terrific colleagues from the music industry. Our collaboration and the music programme shows the diversity of Aarhus. We are excited – have a good match!"

And Marie Ettrup, Head of Communication at TRAIN, stated: "TRAIN is thrilled to collaborate together with a strong team and present a musical programme for the European Football Championship broadcasted at the harbour of Aarhus – two events that bring the people of the city closer together this summer. We are happy to be part of it."

The line-up consisted of: Rigmor, Dayyani, Alvah, Svea S, Total Hip Replacement and Pak.

The concerts were held on the 14th, 15th and 21st of June 2025.

Rabih Azad-Ahmad, Councillor for Kultur og Borgerservice, Aarhus Municipality was looking forward to the concerts:

"A huge party is about to happen at Herman Sallings Plads. The harbour is a fantastic location for the football festivity and it is obvious that a music city like Aarhus also offers great musical experiences. I look forward to welcome all of Aarhus for these events", said Rabih Azad-Ahmad.

The indie-rock band Rigmor is based in Aarhus and writes songs in Danish. In 2024 they published their second album "Vælter vi mørket". Their concerts are characterised by their dynamic, autenticity and excess of energy. They have played shows at SPOT Festival, Roskilde Festival and at the concert hall of DR.

"VoxHall has been invited to support the up-coming European Football Championship in Aarhus – and of course we wanted to contribute and support the local music scene. The choice was easy. You can look forward to Rigmor's concert as it will be a fusion of poetry and musical beauty", said Tom Fjederholt, Manager & Promoter at VoxHall.

Aarhus artist Dayyani has created waves on the Danish pop scene with her profound and energetic music. Dayyani established her name with the critical acclaimed EP "Pretty in Defense" in 2023 and has performed at Roskilde Festival and Reeperbahn.

Norwegian Alvah combines art pop, R&B and trip hop with raw and emotional lyrics. She gathers inspiration from the Norwegian mountains and the pulsating life of the city. Her debut EP "Hindsight" premiered in "Wonderland Magazine UK". Alvah has toured with MALU and GRETA.

Svea S plays pop music with Danish lyrics and with the gold-certified single "Hey Far" she established a name for herself and broke all records for user videos on TikTok. During the Autumn of 2023 Svea S toured various Danish venues and several festivals.

Total Hip Replacement is a groove collective from the Aarhus-area Åbyhøj, who are known for their energetic live performances. The band plays everything from intoxicating reggae to soulful melodies all linked together by lyrics on the development of the world. It is dark and hopefull all at once.

In 2024 the rockband Pak released their debut album "Pak" consisting of songs in Danish. They manage to hint back in time at their idols such as Gasolin and Oasis while also looking forward. Pak has performed at SPOT Festival and Vega.

Ole G. Jørgensen, Director of Radar, commented:

"The European Football Championship is an event that brings people together from all corners of society. It is an honour to present a strong line-up of Danish artists for football entusiasts. It will bring something extra to the football festivity.
