For bands, solo artists & bookers:

When selecting bands and solo artists for E-Tour, we prioritise several criteria, specifically musical quality and relevance. We prioritise that the overall line-up is diverse and that it resonates with the young audience.

Selection of artists for E-Tur are handled by an external jury.

We handle all booking details: E-Tur consists of approximately nine concerts during the span of three weeks, providing ample opportunity to gain solid live experience. A fixed fee is paid per concert. Communal dinner is served at the schools and accommodation at the schools can be provided.

Open Calls for applications for E-Tur opens every year in January. Keep an eye on our social media and sign up for our newsletter to stay in the loop.

E-Tur entails:

• Nine concerts at Danish schools

• A total of approximately 1000 audiences

• Fixed fee (tarif) for each concert (for a maximum of four musicians)

• Transport to and from each concert. Departure from ROSA's office in Aarhus

• Sound system and tourmanager who will handle sound (not an educated sound technician)

• The possibility for "simple" accommodation at the schools

• Communal dinner at the schools

• PR in relation to the tour and the concerts

• Coaching sessions on how to handle performance and expectations with MentalVoice

• Advise on contracts, band agreements, record and publishing contracts with DMF – Dansk Musiker Forbund

For efterskoler:

Booking terms: Price per concert excluding VAT: DKK 4,100

Duration: Approximately 40 minutes

E-Tour provides a manager and a sound system.

Additionally, the artists would appreciate having dinner at the school in the evening. Some artists may also need overnight accommodation at the school (anything from a classroom with mattresses and up is acceptable).
